“AVOID! we booked return taxis from TFS Airport the taxis never turned up, call the office number and no reference of booking. Absolute scam they just take your money”

“Mozio offers other types of booking such as Hotels, activities, eSIM cards. But Mozio has no follow up and disavows anything to do with bookings other than ground services. Customer should NOT BOOK any other service or activity through MOZIO!”

“I highly recommend Mozio, I used them for pick up and delivery to Malta airport. The vehicles were on time, clean, and the drivers were pleasant and very knowledgable about their country.”

“Excellent customer service if you have need to contact them for any wee problem they go the extra mile to help the customer out. Cars arrive on time & overall a very good service. I used them for Airport pick up in Las Vegas & the price covered meet & greet Some of the companies include gratuties. I would highly recommend Mozio”

“Very happy with Mozio’s service. I booked this via Agoda. Highly recommended. This was my first trip to Europe. My first time landing in Munich. The Driver was on time and a very comfortable journey to my hotel. Smooth ride. The car was very good. Overall very impressed and I am sure to recommend Mozio to all my family and friends. “Sehr freundlich und pünktlich. Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen wurde im Heimatland gebucht und lief ohne Probleme ab. Auto sehr sauber. Alles gut, gerne wieder!”

“Movio contracts jobs out to various drivers and then gives them problems to pay them. I had an excellent driver who reached put to me directly advising that Movio refused to pay him and claimed he did not complete the ride. I emailed Movio on several occasions to assist and never received any response. I would not recommend their service or use them again for this reason”

“This is the comment we received from you: Our flight arrived 20 minutes earlier and we were expecting to wait as the car was booked for 30 minutes after we were initially expected to land. but when we got out of the arrival hall, the driver was already there.”

“Very good - driver was polite and friendly. But it was hard to find the agent outside, hence 4 stars. Once we did, she and ger colleague were pleasant and helpful.”
