“I was skeptical at first because I'd never done this before; however, the vast majority of reviews were positive so I took a chance. After receiving the online quote, I compared the numbers with the same gear advertised on eBay and was happy to see that they were very close. I was trading 2 cameras and numerous accessories and it was nice to sell everything in one transaction rather than piecemeal. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process. I decided to buy a "like new" lens for the new camera as part of the transaction and it lived up to the description. I had a few questions prior to and during the process and was very impressed with their customer service. All my questions were answered promptly and intelligently, which boosted my confidence in MPB. Also, their website always had the latest transaction updates along with receiving email updates.
The only "negative" comes from the fact that FedEx is MPB's shipper of choice. I feel lucky that the To and From shipments made it to their destinations, despite the extreme lack of updated scans on FedEx's tracking system. I live in California and the last tracking scan was Newark, NJ. Then, several days later, the package was delivered.
