Thanks for taking the time to review us! Great to hear you are loving the taste of the pods. Im pleased to say that within the next few months all of our pods will have individual labels on their foils so you will know the difference between the flavours - hopefully by the time you run out and order again with us they will have them! :)

“The coffee tastes ok, the only thing I can think of to improve the product would be to label the individual pods so you can tell what they are when stored in something other than its box.”

Thanks for taking the time to review us, having labels on the pods is one of our priorities and im pleased to say labels will be on all of our pods foils within the next few months! Hopefully the next time you order you will see them and perhaps it will push your rating above 3 stars :)

“I found the website easy to navigate and I was able to add products to my basket easily. There was an issue with the payment section and Paypal but I soon sorted that out. The confimation and dispatch emails were very clear and I looked forward to receiving my Hot Chocolate selections. When they arrived, I was short of 4 boxes. Within minutes, I sent an email and a picture of my order that arrived. I immediately received a reply with an apology and an assurance that not only would my items be directly in the post, but that I would also receive another box for free for the inconvenience. I have just received that package and I am delighted. The chocolate pods themselves are very good and my children are very pleased with them. We look forward to ordering again in the near furture. Many thanks for your excellent customer service and prompt resolution to the above issue.”

“Wow....I was really pleased with the taste, texture and aroma of these lovely mugpods, what more can I say except I will be ordering more! From ordering to receiving and enjoying, the whole experience was as simple as making a cup of coffee!”
