“The meat is great quality and I had rather good success with their diet plan, my only complaint would be their constant emails about offers that they have which aren't really offers. It would be better if they emailed you less often and gave genuine offers when they did contact their customers”

“The hampers I get are always high quality and you get your monies worth. There are very few items that I don’t like but there’s always someone in the house who does so it doesn’t go to waste. The customer service is always on point, I’ve only had 2 problems which was solved very quickly, one was a leak in one of the items which I reported and got a replacement with a gift card in a few days and the other was delivery which when contacted Musclefood traced my package and sorted the problem out for me.”

“Excellent service from MF, the only bad thing is that the sticker on the box says leave in a secure location, on my front door step in full view of passers by is not a secure location in my eyes. Luckily I live in a nice area but to just leave it is not good especially when it needs to be in a freezer pretty sharpish!”

“I love the quality of meat from muscle foods, it’s so easy to order and the food comes packed wonderfully. The only problem I ever have is the delivery company how text in the middle of your delivery slot to tell you when it is followed very quickly by a text to say they’ve missed you. Everything is fantastic though.”

“I just want to say I really like your products! Great tasty meat and great value. I must admit though, a cancel now button (within 15/20 mins of order being made) would make mistakes so much easier to remedy! Hopefully my refund is processed quickly, alike others I’m quite worried about the “we won’t process a refund if your payment has been taken and order processed”.”

“Hello, I order a hamper back in February a payment of £4.00 have just come out of my account today so I’ve looked back since February your company has been taking £4.00 every so often from my account can some one get in touch with me to resolve this issue.”
