“Not only do Muscle Food have great quality products, but their prices are amazing. I haven?t been disappointed in anything I?ve received from them and their customer service team are great. I?m on their weight loss plan and not only is it working, but everything tastes amazing and easy to prepare. All REAL food, not shakes and bars lol. Visiting their site for the first time, was the best decision I have ever made. 5 stone weight loss later and lots of delicious choices to make the journey easy to stick to.”

“I ordered by one get two for one penny, I also bought extra steak, impressed with the amount of meat I received, it was well packaged and chilled, the cell by dates was reasonable, all a week or more, I know it will last longer as some will go into the freezer, I'm looking forward to my meal preps, and cooking the family dinner tonight, this was my first order, definitely be reordering and becoming a regular customer”

“Good quality product and the amount is just perfect for the price you pay, for sure. Only I live quite a distance from Nottingham (where I believe the HQ is), so by the time our meet arrived, the ice had all melted and some pieces of food looked not so fresh any more - still good to eat, don't get me wrong, but had to prep them asap.”

“The chicken breasts needed a lot more trimming, not the best. Some nice size breast though which was good. I had an email saying an item fro the hamper out of stock so was refunded, no problem and good to be told before hand. We live in Scotland and the order takes an extra day, it would be good for extra ice packs as the meat was almost room temp as the packs had all melted on arrival. Straight in the freezer and fingers crossed all will be well.”
