“Going to have to give it three stars only because every time I order prepped meals they come all over the place leaking, sometimes the lids are not closed properly and I have to clean all the boxes before putting them in the fridge or freezing them which means running them underwater and wiping them which takes a lot of time as I order 25 containers at a time. A simple fix could be filling the box with scrap cardboard or bubble wrap so that they don't move around a lot. Not sure if this is a delivery driver issue or a muscle food issue, either way it is annoying.”

“Have been ordering from Musclefood for around 5 years now. I'm not the most consistent gym-goer but I appreciate the high quality food. The meat is always brilliant and the prices are good, too. I've had one single issue that was entirely the fault of the delivery company and Musclefood replaced it free of charge. Brilliant company, great service, and will keep using for years to come.”

“It is actually a really good service. Surprisingly so. The fresh produce is fresh and the meals kits are actually really tasty. Lunch pots and snacks do keep you full and somehow feels like you are getting some veg in. Just watch calories before you order if you are watching them. One item damaged and they quickly resolved . Very impressed so far”

“Not bad but certain food items don?t provide details of the use by date on the website which makes buying in bulk a bit difficult unless you?re happy to freeze most of it. Chinese chicken on a stick were very good. 5kg bag of chicken was extremely poor quality, full of water and very tough, supermarket equivalent is much better quality in my opinion. The chicken comes from abroad which is also disappointing. Overall pretty good value but the quality isn?t the best. Huge amount of 5 star reviews simply saying ?I love it?, looks to be fake reviews to me.”
