“The website is painfully slow, and some of the amazing snacks you used to have like dark chocolate and chilli squares and the Jalpeno protein cheese are no longer available”

“Chicken fillets weren't actual fillets more like mini ones with thick tendon that needed cutting out. DPD left delivery on wet doorstep, despite clear instructions of where to safely leave it. As a whole not great, don’t know what all the fuss is about!”

The package included ice bags at the bottom, which were still frozen upon arrival, ensuring that the meat was maintained at safe, cold storage temperatures throughout transit.
