“I don't normally have too many issues but the last few times the boxes have come damaged and the order before last got delayed a week because it got damaged in transit. This time the box was very damaged and even the chicken packet inside was ripped and was leaking all over the other stuff and through the box.”

“This is the second occasion I’ve placed an order and have only been notified 3 or 4 hours after I’ve had DPD delivery notification that an item I ordered is out of stock! Surely a notification should be sent at the point the order is picked and packed and not hours after it’s out for delivery”

Hi, Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate that shortages are not ideal. Unfortunately however, the food industry is currently experiencing unprecedented supply issues. If you were to walk around a supermarket at the moment, you will experience similar issues. The problem we have is that because our food is so fresh, we often don't know food is going to be out of stock until the very last minute. We will receive a delivery in the morning, and then those same products are being picked and packed the same day, for delivery the day after. That obviously leaves us with very little time to find a resolution. We are however really sorry for the inconvenience this will have caused you.

“The food is ok but the delivery is absolutely shocking. The box looked like it had been thrown down the road. Every time I report this, I dont get a response or it improves. Even when I leave instructions to leave the box in the shed, DPD just lob it on the door step.”
