“I dropped one star due to delivery...I was not happy that the driver never knocked on the door and just left my box in full sun...the contents were warm and the box soggy when my son popped over and let me know it was on the doorstep..please instruct the del8very guys it doesn't matter you get a text letting you know...they should knock to let you know its arrived The produce as always is excellent thanks”

“Placed orders before with Musclefood and have never had any issues. Quality meats and reasonable prices My only issue was with DPD, who just left the box on the doorstep, without knocking!”

“Used musclefood a long time ago and for some reason stopped ordering. Ordered again recently and loved everything we’ve had so far. The snacks are good options and I had one of the prepped pots, which was great for a quick meal but balanced macros. The protein amounts in those items are good as I’m building’s muscle and need to ensure I keep up the protein intake each daily. It’s not all for gym folk though. My partner has loved each meal we’ve made with the meats we ordered, not a bad cut of meat so far. She is very fussy as well. Good quality and decent dates when delivered.”

“I had received the wrong item and one open packet of meat, customer service were very good in refunding me for the wrong items which was great but when I went to use the chicken breasts for dinner both packets had gone off with 3 days left on the expiry date. It’s been a while since I ordered and had remembered this happened last time also so I won’t be ordering again. Also be mindful, if you purchase a mystery protein bundle you will get a list of all the items you receive in an email.”

“As always great products. What is disappointing is that the build your own hamper at £75 now has a delivery charge added to it which seems unfair. I have been ordering the £75 box for some years now, and adding a delivery charge to this make me question if to order again.”

“I've ordered chicken and sirloin steaks, chicken was really tasty not chewy nor rubbery but with the steaks I'm assuming they were frozen and unfrozen multiple times so the blood escaped the steaks, which means that you just have to cook it for less than an usual steak for the medium rare. Problem was with DPD as everyone knows it's an unreliable delivery company. I kept tracking the order but the driver wasn't moving for hours so I messaged the support at 5:30pm and they said it will be delivered so just to wait, then around 7:30pm the app said it was delivered at 3:58pm with a picture of the entrance of the apartment complex and when I went downstairs(I live on the 10th floor) and the package was not there. Support team sorted me out in 2days and sent me a new package but this time it was delivered to my door and on time. I would recommended ordering from musclefood”
