“I emailed you as soon as my order arrived and I have had no reply. My box was left on my doorstep and no one chapped my door. Hours later (i think as the frozen packs were water and the chicken smelled) when it was discovered I was not happy with the odour. I kept the box for two days waiting on your reply outside of my door. Can you please replace it as I have already paid.”

“I have bought now 3 hampers as gifts over Christmas the people I have bought them for were amazing at the hamper and the quality of the meat...people have asked me where I have got them from..so I told them muscle food..thanks for a great service”

“I love the food but their delivery service is appalling. Iv had 3 deliveries so far and every single one has been left outside in a busy public thoroughfare. Iv complained to both parties 3 times now and NOTHING. You are losing a customer MUSCLEFOOD .”
