Hello Jessica, Our returns policy is publicly available at Returns & Exchanges page as well as directly on the product page. We are sorry there was an issue with item, you could have contacted us directly or Google Express, where the order was placed, within 30 days for a return/exchange. Order history is also available from Google Express account at all times.

“no telephone for customer service. The package did not arrive. No explanation. Then the refund discounted the shipping.”

Hello, We indeed do not offer phone support, but are very prompt to respond to emails and Facebook messages, and all your requests were addressed. The package was shipped with FedEx and delivered by them. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on packages that are delivered unless they are returned, of course.
