“I did not receive my boots and cannot get customer service to call me. I can’t call them either. I can’t find a phone number. Emails only and not willing to refund me for an item not received.”

“I have very thin heels and have had terrible trouble finding comfortable boots that don't slip. I was able to order this type of boot in my unusual size. Received it in good shape and they fit just fine!”
