“I made a purchase and it said there was a error when I checked out. I changed credit cards was able to make the original purchase. Later in the day I noticed I was charge on the original credit card as well as the second credit card I used. I immediately emailed my cozy boots and asked them to cancel the original order and explained what happened. I was told it was already being processed and would have to wait until I received both orders. Then I could return one of them. It was strange how both boots were sent in the same box as one order. Seems like one of them could have been canceled because it did not come in two different orders like I was told. Then to top it off I had to pay for the return label. Horrible service and cheap company, will never order from them again.”

“Arrived just as pictured! Sold out everywhere across the USA in Black! Googled & found ONE SINGLE PAIR here! The website said “refurbished” but the boots were just missing the box. Arrived speedily in PERFECT PERFECT CONDITION. Thank you so much! Ready for whatever Connecticut winter has to throw at with my new Uggs! Thank you so much!!!!”
