“Ordered size 6.5 pair of boots and both boots were discolored. Also, size on box was 6.5 and boots were size 6. I am in the process of returning them but was told I had to pay for shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping. I already have a pair of these boots and love them. Just wanted to have an extra pair. Can someone respond to me? Thank you.”

“I was apprehensive about ordering because I wasn’t familiar with the site. The Ugg boots I ordered were authentic and $100 less than on any other site. I received my order in less than 5 days. I would definitely order from My Cozy Boots again.”
