“Fake lucky draw to get you to spend money. The actual lucky draw was supposed to be filmed and results of the draw published on Instagram on 2 Apr, but the draw results were never posted. Can't reach Fave SG at all. Don't spend your money on Fave.”
“Really horrible customer service... Don't bother contacting them. It will just be a case of cat and mouse. They will ask you for 100 questions then say they can't do anything for you. SCAM.”
“hey had a bug in their app, which led to 2 voucher purchases with our credit card which we never authorized! We were overseas the day the transactions occurred, never even opened the app, and suddenly our credit card was charged for 2 vouchers from Canadian pizza (2 separate transactions). We contacted customer service who replied we must have "accidentally purchased it". Come on, 1 transaction maybe, but 2 accidents?? Worse still, one of the vouchers was a 1 for 1 pizza at 20.43, which is more expensive than if you were to buy straight from Canadian pizza which is$20. Cheats!!!”
“Prices listed are inaccurate. False marketing. They listed a 42% discount deal, however when I did the calculations based on the price of the website, it was actually only 17% discount. Extremely misleading.
My family and I feel ripped off and this left us with a very distasteful experience. We felt deliberately misled and will not be purchasing from a unscrupulous company like Fave again.”
“My voucher was expired just 5 days ago, and I tried to contact the merchant, the merchant said they can’t give me the service coz fave will not pay them..
I chat w fave customer service, they just copy paste the rule no refund.
Means fave take my money?? $170+ gone”
“Worse app ever, they over charge you with a click. Their app is not user friendly and end up spending more instead. Please avoid. I lost $200 just like that”
“9 out of 10 deals on fave requires an eligibility criteria as " For Malaysians only". Isn't it an indication of promoting an apartheid regime in 21st century? We all know what is on fave is no discount but just price inflammations to strike through & replace with real price. This is against business ethics.”
“Fave is non committal to customers loyalty. U get ineffective responses due to their avoidance of liability. Their responses r robotic lacking in comprehensive communication. Its an arrogant company with stiff policies that do not encourage win win outcomes.”
“Very very poor customer service, recently had tickets purchased for Christmas, the business had been shut due to Malaysia’s COVID restrictions. The business involved said all tickets will be honoured but Fave will not let us access the tickets as they were out of date. Gave them all the details and reasons but each time they just found another excuse to not validate our tickets. Very poor business attitude due the current environment. Highly recommend you do not use”
“We have recently had a bad experience with Fave's customer service. Had enquired about an expired voucher that was still charged to me despite me not using it and the the customer service representative was so rude, condescending, and downright unhelpful. Even the email sent was returned with a very generic and unhelpful reply.”
“My recent years experience with Fave is getting bad and now Fave is at it's worst. I urge everyone to just uninstall FAVE IMMEDIATELY!
Bought a manicure voucher from Fave. Called and texted the outlet several times to make appointment, no reply. Fave just simply put up merchant at their portal who do not bother to receive appointment. This is not the first time I encountered with such problem. Couldn't risk waiting for the voucher to expire, so I requested for a refund.
The app showed that they have refunded the money to my MasterCard. End up it was a HUGE LIE! They just refunded it back to me with in the form of "cash back" in the app with 3 months validity! End up the cash back is expired and gone!
I believe that this is the best way that a company can scam money from consumer - not providing service to consumer, meanwhile Fave is profiting from expired cash back - the "cash back" which was initially my money!
Very bad customer service from Lucis and LIAM, especially Lucis who talked sarcastically when I was pointing out their problem. They were just circling with their so called "proof" and shut you up with their T&C which makes no sense at all. Cold and heartless customer service indeed!!
Agree with the others who call Fave a BIG BULLY.
DO NOT INTEND TO BUY FROM FAVE.
DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH UNETHICAL COMPANY.”
“Customer service requested for my personal private details which are protected by PDPA laws in order to NOT give a refund, reimbursement or restatement of voucher. Any logical or reasonable human would NOT provide them with their private personal details if FAVE was not going to give ANY refund, reimbursement or restatement. If negative or 0 star rating were possible, I would give it a -5 star rating. Sad that anyone has to resort to doing an internet review to give the general an accurate impression of Fave.”
“same problems as everyone else. cant redeem during CB, won't refund me. merchants seem to also be acting in bad faith. 3 months tried to get a booking, each booking was 1 month in advance and each time get cancelled.”
“I just deleted my FAVE app and will have nothing to do with this company again. I was forced to use my cash voucher which was originally meant for yoga sessions. Due to covid, I wasn't able to use the vouchers and instead of refund o was asked to use it for other purposes. There was nothing else I needed so o bought some food vouchers. One of them was Marche Pizzas. I was shocked to find out that the voucher has expired a couple of days later. As it turns out, the voucher expires on the same day as purchase. I wrote to FAVE whose convenient reply was - the expiry date was on the voucher. True, it is my bad that I didn't read the voucher but I would never have bought it if I had known that it will expire on the same day. There is no indication on marche's ad that the voucher has to be redeemed on the same day before you buy it. Of course we all should learn to read small prints. However, this type of business practices are disingenuous and we should not support online businesses with bad faith.”
