“this could be a duplicate. I have been a customer for many many years and i have ONLY praises about the excellent service and courtesy of the technicians. Tonight was not different. The technician (sorry didnt write down the name) was very helpful and worked through my issue smoothly. I refer your company anytime i can to my friends and people i know Thank you so much. “He resolved my printer selection problem. He had me disconnect the printer wire which was a pain as this was not the problem. I should have shown the tech what I was calling about in the first place. But, he got me there. Thank you!”
