“Shikha helped me for over an hour to solve a very complicated problem with installing a new copy of Word on my Mac. She was patient and gracious, and solved the the many technical glitches we encountered due to the large amount of data and many old applications. I can now use the new version successfully.”

“Amritpal Singh was the technician assigned to my issue. He worked quickly and effectively in fixing issues due to a faulty initial set up on my computer. He explained the issue to me and did a great job at repairing the problem. The effected programs are back in action and I am very satisfied with the results.”

“Both men, Manish Ahuja and Amritpal Singh, were very patient and helpful. I believe I should have been told at the start it was not Microsoft and the fees. Mr. Singh solved the mail problem, but in doing so he erased 4300 email I had kept. I did appreciate their service.”
