“Abhay Katoch updated my Adobe Flash Player. He stayed right with me. Sometimes the technicians help me, help others, finally come back to me, and it takes forever to get the problem resolved. All technicians should help one person until the issue is resolved like Abhay did today. Good job, Abhay! Thank you. Thank you.”
