“130 attempts to hack my computer which lead to many software problems. Linovo software rep. and and tech. support fixed and cleaned up the all of the problems with excellent skill and efficiently. Very polite and very thorough. I will never use the "Geek Squad" again.”

“Rohit Joshi did a very efficient job is correcting the problem I was having with the computer. He kept me informed as to what he was doing, told me when I could leave the computer and called me by phone when my input was needed. While I find the cost for My Phone Support expensive, for someone on a fixed income, I'm satisfied with the service. Today's called was especially quick and easy. Rohit was patient in dealing with someone who doesn't understand a lot of the technical aspects of the computer.”
