“you did a great job”

“I seemed to have a rather difficult problem to solve. Anshu Jaiswal worked on the problem until it was solved, even helping to correct the document that I was having so much trouble with. He then cleaned up my computer and got rid of the unwanted programs and icons. Whenever I call "My Phone Support" they manage to solve my problems even if it sometimes takes quite a while. They are very patient and understanding.”
