“I turned to My Phone Support four years ago. I was on a deadline, my father was dying, and my computer wasn't functioning. The My Phone Support team got my computer back up to speed so that I could finish the project and be with my father at the end of his life. Been with them ever since.”

“The technician to which I was assigned very quickly and competently corrected the problem that led me to call. I also asked him to clean up the computer which he did, finding quite a bit that needed to be removed. I was very satisfied with the service I received.”

“Technician was very polite and patient. He seemed to know where to go to get system "assistance" to try different things to help problem Right now seems to be working better, but this has happened before, tech works on it, it works for a few days couple weeks,then problems start again. So it will be interesting t see if the problem persists. He did change the yahoo email format to an older one, so maye that wil help.”

“I've had the pleasure of spending the morning with Om Prakash Singh while he worked on my two computers. He is a very nice, well spoken young man and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I signed up for the one year warranty and, if need be, when I call again, I hope the next technician is as helpful and nice as OM.”

“Outlook 2010 was a mess. I had local help that could not get it working correctly again. Mr Ankit Verma worked succesfully to get my pst files Calendar and 3 email addresses working correctly. He also called back the following day (with my permission) to check on the entire system. I am very happy with his service!”
