“The AT&T man who installed new modem did not know and neither did I how to hook up my printer. The gentleman from My phone support was very dedicated to solving my printer problem. It took him quit some time but he did not give up. My problem is solved to my satisfaction. This was a great experience for him and next time he will do it faster I am sure. The most important thing is he stayed with it until it was done correctly. Thanks so much for your help!!”

“The techs that I spoke with, noted by name below, were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. When I called, I spoke with Raj; a wonderful young lady who gave excellent assistance and sold me on your product. Raj transferred me to "Abby." Abby is what I would label a "BEYOND knowledgeable technician;" a total pleasure to speak with. If I were their manager, I would give them top-dollar for their job performance and remarkable customer service skills; that's a rarity in today's world! A LOT of companies could learn the value of good customer service from these two technicians. Outstanding people, outstanding product, outstanding service! Thank you. Kathie”

“Harvinder Singh and Shalini Singh (level 2 Technician, I think) were wonderful and very helpful. Easy to understand and patient. They were able to make things understandable and easily targeted my issues. They explained everything that they were doing and recommended throughout our almost 2-hour call. Harvinder was the reason I purchased the 2-year support/service contract; Shalini just confirmed this was a great decision! Thanks so much!! Diana Kornetti”

“this is the second time i have called myphonesupport with a problem. Each time they have worked very hard and the first time for awhile to correct my problem. it sure is easier for me rather than spending hours trying to fix it myself or having to take it to someone to be repaired. i am glad i found them and will recommend them to everyone. “The young man who assisted me in getting my computer back in working condition is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. His performance was outstanding!!!!! I could not have received better service. In the past I have used other companies for computer repair and I was never treated as well as this young man treated me; he is a GEM & I recommend he be promoted to the top where he can train/manage/supervise other workers on the art of how to treat a customer. He should go far in life.”
