“Technician understood the problem and was able to fix the problem and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Before the Quick Books tech trying for over an hour and could not fix. What a great service for a small business. A life saver.”

“I have just finished a 2 1/2 call for your very good technicians, Taran Jeet and Deepak. I originally called as I had received what I believed was a "scam" call from an overseas phone number from a young man saying he was calling from Microsoft and asked me if I was the prime user of my computer, as it had been noticed that over a period of three months various "malware" (?) had been trying to get into my computer. I felt suspicious of this caller and gave him no information and asked for his number and said I would call back. The number he gave me 877-822-7770 said that the person I was calling was currently unavailable. Obviously not Microsoft. Anyway, Taran Jeet said he would check my computer and I permitted access. After 1.75hrs it showed there were 687 problems and he suggested I should have the Windows Expert clean up the problems. So I said okay to the $149.50 to clean it up. This took another 45 minutes. So now, hopefully, my computer will be cleaner and faster. Both Taran and Deepak were very professional and courteous, and, I must say, good salesmen. My thanks to them both. Fine Microsoft representatives.”

“I received a call from someone who said they had a call from MS saying I wasn't the only one on my machine and MS asked them to fix it.. The spiel they gave me was very convincing but I called My Phone Support to see if there really was a problem. The tech who worked with me verified that there was no problem whatsoever and the caller was trying to scam me. I had just upgraded to windows 10 today and I thought I had done something wrong. The tech checked all the setting and said things looked good on the new windows, and there was no one on my machine other than me. I am so glad that I had a contract with My Phone Support. I hate to think what might had happened to me if I didn't have these guys looking out for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the help today and in the past. I've had a couple of other calls for help and My Phone Support consistently gives me outstanding support.”

“I encountered some spyware from a website and it was re-directing my internet requests to other web pages. I called My Phone Support and the problem was detected and fixed in less than 20 minutes. I am very glad I have been a My Phone Support customer for the past five years.”

“i CONTACTED MY SUPPORT RIGHT AWAY WHEN i RECEIVED A WARNING SAYING THAT MY COMPUTER WAS HACKED & SENSITIVE DATA WAS STOLEN. IMMEDIATELY i WAS CONNECTED TO A SERVICE TECHNICIAN WHO ASSISTED ME IN RESOLVING MY COMPUTER PROBLEM. IN ADDITION I WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WHO WAS ABLE TO ASSIST AND GUIDE ME THE PROCESS TO REPAIR MY BOOT MENU THAT WAS ACTING UP. ITS GREAT TO KNOW THAT I'M DEALING WITH COMPETENT AND EFFICIENT TECHNICIANS THAT CAN RESOLVE PROBLEMS 24 HRS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. MY COMPUTER WAS UP IN RUNNING WITHIN 2- 2-1/2 HRS.”
