“I think the service is great, however it's quite pricey. My shortfall is they take too long to go over your service contract. Most problems happen while in the middle of doing work. Lastly, they over sale the product. If you talk to more than one person, each person goes into a sales dialogue. I have several computers and I've been a loyal customer for years. I would advice some type of rating system for repeat customers and minimize all of the sales dialogues. Time is precious...”

“agent was not willing to avoid confirming each and every answer no matter how many times he would ask or restate the issue or fact. Your agents need to be trained on how to manage a client with being robotic in their approach. a very frustrating experience although the problem was solved.”

“Every technician and sales person that I have talked to have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept calling even though I did not have a chance to talk to the when I called. Very helpful and considerate.”

“It took quite awhile to fix problems because their was so many issues on my computer. Everything I needed fixed got done by a wonderful Tech named Maharmed. If all stay's well. I will recommend My Phone Support by others. My God Bless this company!! Appreciate the support. Keep up the good work. Thank You”

“i had several assistants to work on my problem, and after several hours my problem appears to be fixed. however several times it was hard to hear the assistant or understand him. that was the only negative problem. i would give my phone support an overall A. thank you for your service.”

I think I probably brought this upon myself by opening a few of them out of curiosity. But as a Christian I don't want them on my computer. “Ashish Agrawal was very, very helpful. I have been having a recurring problem, which your Company always fixes, but Ashish knew exactly what caused the problem, and said he fixed it permanently. For that I am grateful. He also putIput spell check on my e-mail. That will be most helpful. Ashish did a fabulous job, and I am most appreciative.”
