“THIS REVIEW IS FOR TWO VERY NICE TECHS THE FIRST ONE'S NAME IS SANJU BAHAJUR.HE WAS THE FIRST PERSON I TALKED WITH WHEN I CALLED. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SINCERE IN WANTING TO HELP WITH MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS.AFTER OBTAINING THE INFORMATION HE NEEDED, HE CALLED IN ANOTHER TECH BY THE NAME OF BHARAT MUDGEL..AGAIN I GOT A VERY NICE, POLITE AND FRIENDLY TECH WHO WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME IN THE FEW HOURS HE WORKED ON MY COMPUTER..HE FINALLY GOT THE WORK ALL DONE THAT WAS NEEDED AND ALSO TOLD ME HE WILL CALL TOMORROW TO CHECK ON HOW THE COMPUTER IS DOING..YOU HAVE TWO VERY CAPABLE TECHNICIANS AND SHOULD BE PROUD OF BOTH.THEY SET A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF HOW ALL TECHS SHOULD BE..”

“My issue was with Outlook 2010. I could not get it to open. The first lady I spoke with was very pleasant but hard to understand. I was transferred to Anoop who was my technician. He fixed my problem very quickly. Great service.”

“Surender Singh Rawat was fabulous! After I got upgraded to Windows 10, (which I did not want because I had Windows 7 Pro), he showed me the important new features and helped me get oriented. He was very patient and could relate to how I wanted things set up -- preferably to operate the way they did on Windows XP. For Microsoft to upgrade ANY computer from one operating system to another, without an explicit OK from the user is disgusting! Every time the Windows 7 opsys asked if I wanted to upgrade I said no, but because I had "automatic updates" turned on my computer was automatically upgraded at midnight.”
