“My Phone Support representatives were very, very helpful and cleared up all my problems. HOWEVER, I am furious at Microsoft because it was hounding me to upgrade to Windows 10, and when I did, my computer lost everything on my desk top. Also, I couldn't get beyond the big Windows logo that replaced my desktop. There was nothing to click on. I had to sign up for a $240 service contract get back to my Windows 7 operating system and all my "stuff." I FELT LIKE MICROSOFT WAS HOLDING MY COMPUTER FOR RANSOM, and it never would have happened if I hadn't been urged to click the up-grade button. I've since been told that this is normal service for Microsoft. I wish I could afford to switch to Apple.”

“Both gentlemen that helped me with my computer problems were very helpful and very pleasant to work with. They explained what they were doing so I could understand and they answered my questions when I wanted to be sure I understood how to follow up. Good customer service”

“the help was terrific but Microsoft created this issue, i never should have had to ask this much less pay for fixing it because the Microsoft 10 ads are misleading the average user. I followed prompts to download and in the process LOST EVERYTHING I HAD ON MY COMPUTER - EVERYTHING - and had to access help to fix it AND PAY FOR THE HELP. i'm not complaining about the help, the gentleman were more than patient with an angry frustrated confused person who became enraged at the SALES PITCH for fixing my computer for a problem i never would have encountered in the first place had i not followed the MISLEADING PROMPT to download Windows 10 for FREE, not realizing I would lose all my data by doing so. This is ROBBERY as far as I'm concerned - download the Windows 10, lose EVERYthing, then PAY to have them fix the problem??? its a SCAM - PERIOD. tHANK YOU TO THE FELLOWS THAT HELPED ME OUT, YOU WERE WORTH THE FEE - BUT A FEE I NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY...MICROSOFT should foot the bill for this and pay TECH SUPPORT double for putting up with the chaos they created. Thank you, that's all.”

“They promised a quick fix to my Outlook program. Three days later and about ten hours in front of my computer, they had fixed nothing. Promises by there techs to call me back were not kept. I got new techs and had to start over with them. All they did was run a diagnostic, remove a few cookies, and get Microsoft Updates. After repeatedly hearing "don't worry, we will solve the issue" to the point where all I want to do is punch them in the face, what I called about has still not been solved. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Now I will find out if the will stand by their money back guarantee.”

“It took a while to clean the computer up but Mr. Vijay Singh Rawat kept me informed and did a very good job. The computer is running much better and the problems I had have been resolved.”

“The only complaint I have is no- one said anything about having to pay to fix the problems before they spent 2 hours diagnosing my machine. Once I got to the tech, everything was fairly quick and painless.”

“I had a lot of trouble understanding the first two techs that tried to help me but when Om Prakash Singh came on the line, I had no trouble understanding him and enjoyed working with him. I will ask for him next time I need help. Thank you”
