“I had a lot of trouble understanding the first two techs that tried to help me but when Om Prakash Singh came on the line, I had no trouble understanding him and enjoyed working with him. I will ask for him next time I need help. Thank you”

“Excellent performance and diagnosis of the computer problem by Both Technical Support Persons with complete and detailed explanation of the problem causing difficulty in accessing the files in my laptop after conversion from Windows 7 to Windows 10.”

“Spoke today with Varum Shama and Om Prakash Singh. Both were very helpful with my issues and were able to resolve to my complete satisfaction. My only problem was me being able to understand them. Overall, VERY GOOD!”
