“Happy, Happy, Happy. My problem is currently resolved I can now print my emails and my adobe documents. Also I had a problem with not being able to click on or use my print button. So far all of those issues are now corrected of which it may have seemed like a small matter to others but for me it became a big issue. These issues was created after I had Microsoft Window 10 installed. Thank you for the service that I received and should I need to contact you I hope that again you will be able to solve my problems.”

“I worked with Om Prakash Singh whom was very helpful, professional and patient with me as I was getting very frustrated. I had been on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours with both Verizon and later My Phone Support. Verizon did a quick diagnostic and determined that nothing was wrong on their end. My Phone Support did another diagnostic and cleared up issues, however, I was still not able to send and receive test messages on Outlook; they were reflected, however, on Verizon webmail. After a 'reconfiguration' on my Verizon Settings I was finally able to see all incoming messages. This was due to Om's diligence and creativity in trying to resolve the problem. Hopefully, I will not have issues in the morning when I go to access my Outlook account. I do not want to have to spend another 3 hours to have them resolved. Thank You”

“Downloaded Windows 10, had problems. Called My Faster PC who discovered problems deeper than I had found. Was really pleased with the fast, courteous service that fixed all my computer issues. Thank you also for your patience with my limited computer skills.”

“After Windows 10 had been installed on my computer nothing was working correctly. After contacting My Phone Support I was pleased with the personalized attention I received. After about 8 hour of work the agent had my computer working perfectly. I was impressed with the amount of effort that was given to solve the problem and would recommend this serves to everyone. “I had some virus issues and slow processing times but was concerned that someone claiming to be Microsoft rep called me to tell me I had issues with my computer. I was very uncomfortable and disconnected the call after receiving more information. Today I called Microsoft and confirmed that NO ONE from Microsoft will call you. The gentlemen with MICROSOFT were very professional and concerned with the security of my system. While the process was a little long, I have no worries as to the safety of my system. Thanks to the two reps who handled my case # 572637337326.”

“Yousuf performed an excellent customer service reflecting his knowledge and savvy about computer issues. He listened carefully to my problem(s) and demonstrated how i can resovle my issue and transform my pdf to a jpeg so it can be inserted into a word document. He went a step further and demonstrated to me another way to convert a pdf to word. It was extremely helpful what he showed me. In addition he fixed the setting of my word outline so i could find quickly what i am looking for. Yousuf was attentive to my needs, he listened carefulle, understood what was best for me, and then took the time to walk me through the steps. I am very very happy with the service of your Company in general, and Yousuf in particular, Again thank you so much and keep up the great service Mariam Noujaim 916 834 8916”
