“We were treated very well by the support people. I was a bit leery of having to deal with an unknown group half the world away, and I'm not good with strong accents, but they were VERY patient and understanding, never hesitating to repeat or even clarify computer jargon I didn't understand. They even agreed that my being cautious was admirable. This wasn't an inexpensive process, but from the information I received, and all the work done and contacts I would need given in writing, I feel confident that my computer was in good hands. At this point I would recommend them to anybody who needs their computer system looked at for cleaning, debugging and security.”

“Representative Kate (last name) just did an efficient and effective repair on my computer. But I am also grateful for all the Microsoft reps who have helped restore (more like resurrect!) this computer from the BSOD (blue screen of death) over the period of one week. I would have spent much more money to replace this computer than what I have spent for their services for an extended period of time. I had faith that Microsoft could bring this computer back to life and now that faith is verified. I look forward to using them with any problems that may arise in the future. Sincerely, Fred J.”
