“When I first contacted them my computer was so bad it wouldn't stay on long enough to be fixed. To my surprise they offered to send someone over to my house to fix it. They set an appointment right then. Two days later the computer man showed up right on time and after a few hours work had it up and running. This service was included in my plan, free.”

“I did a jig after Binod Pradham completed an upgrade from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Binod was a delightful young man and described the landscape of India while we waited for over two hours to "repair" Win 8.1 and load Win 10 from "scratch". I give both Binod and My Phone Support 5 stars. Too bad Binod could not supply his address or even the city he was working from because I would have liked to forward him my life story and The Young American Amateur a journal about the 58 years I have spent in the "Greatest Past Time Ever Devised by Mankind." “Sandeep Singh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. That was the second time i call. He resolved the problem in just a few minutes. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Also i had another problem for over a year. It will take several minutes before my emails are launched. I called several times about that issue; never resolve. Tonight Sandeep is less than 60 seconds fixed the problem. the emails now are launched instantly. I am very very happy of the service received from Sandeep. He is courteous as well as efficient. thank you Sandeep, you put a biiiig smile on my face. I luv MY PHONE SUPPORT”
