“I had a problem with my iCloud calendar within Outlook. The tech was able to trouble shoot the issue and resolve it for me. They also quickly resolved an issue opening Word files in OneDrive. My Phone Support has been my 'go to' source for support and help for 3 years now. Whenever I run into a problem they have competently and courteously resolved the problem for me. I recommend them to anyone who needs tech support for their pc.”

“I called in to troubleshoot my telephone because I had a battery that on its last bar. I really appreciate the time and support the two technicians given me. I was so stressed out with family issues and the IT support team made it easy for me to get through the process of making a deadline. I do not have the technician's name who helped me in the beginning. unfortunately, I disconnected by troubleshooting taking out the battery trying to give her the Model Number (My Mistake). I called back and Dilip answered. He was kind as well. All issues appears to be solved. I was transferred back for a final conclusion and I think it was the lady I was talking to. If so, thank you and thank you both for your kindness and patience with me. It really means a lot you taken that extra mile. Anyway, They both spent at least 45 minutes with me. Thank You, Veda Mathis”

“Your helpers and tech support show great patience and ability. THEIR INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND CONCISE. i KNOW I WILL NEED THEIR HELP FROM TIME TO TIME.THEY FIXED MY PRINTER. “Well, I have been having a lot of trouble with my computer since Windows did an update last week, so I have needed a lot of support. I wrote a review for all of your technicians,, except, I think the 1st one I called recently, a woman, all the others have been men. But in general you excellently trained and experienced technicians have been fantastic. This last technician, Bimar Pal was very helpful solved my problem.”

“I worked for at least 2 hours with your technician, Swmeet Mishra. He was fantastic1 No wonder you have him working for you. He saved somehow recreated my files that I had worked on so hard and I am SO PLEASED. He is an awesome technician who really knows his stuff. He deserves to be awarded "THE TECHNICIAN OF THE DAY AWARD". Not that all of the technicians that you have helped me, but he has been the smartest. “This service assisted me in restoring my printer's contact with my PC. Service was 5-star; the representative was nice, patient, understood the problem, and walked me through an alternative solution when I un-plugged the wrong cable. Additionally, the representative catered to my ineptitude with the computer, it's language and it's systems/devices, etc. Overall, a great experience!! MMP”
