“didn't make me happy. Third time since July I needed help because it kept dissapearing”

“Rayan was very professional and helpful. I am not very computer savy and he was very patient. He resolved my problems. At times he spoke to fast and I had problems understanding him. He was very gracious about repeating himself when I didnt uderstand.”

“Amritpal Singh was helpful and very courteous, though the combination of our bad connection, my bad head cold, and Amritpal's heavy accent frequently made it difficult for us to communicate effectively. Nevertheless, his patience paid off, and we were able to resolve all of the issues, including installation of my Zone Alarm Internet Security software and resolution of a few final connectivity problems. Thank you.”

“Amritpal Singh was very helpful with getting my computer back in working order. It was a little difficult to hear him at times but he was very through with getting my questions answered and providing me with resources for additional assistance in the future if there are continued concerns”
