“Kieran was excellent on getting me back on track to resolving my problem. I never encountered a technician who was better at sticking with the issue to solve it. Because the whole process took a few hours she had a dogged determination to get the problem accomplished. I hope when raises or promotions come up that she is seriously considered. She is most obviously a company woman with company loyalty.”

“mayank Three days ago I had to recall My Phone Support again for printer/computer problems. The two technicians worked about three hours to get our new printer/computer problems resolved. It lasted one day. Today I had to recall and was on the phone with Mayank Gupta, for another hour who finished correcting problems not done 3 days ago. I hope this repair lasts longer then one day. If the printer stays in the default mode, as it is the only printer, then I think most of my problem may have been resolved. Thanks You Mr. Gupta.”

“The techs are polite and seem to fix the problem at hand. But they keep trying to sell me new software, even after I tell them that this is a slow year and my company cannot buy any new software at this time. It's really annoying that I have to keep telling them this.”
