“Aditi Parvan and Suman Suman diagnosed our problems and Aditi fixed them with her technical support. Both of these wonderful women were kind and patient and I am not computer savy so I know I asked more questions than many other more knowledgable people would need to ask. My computer is working well. The virus is gone and no longer freezing our computer. I am so grateful to have had such great care from your staff and will not hesitate to purchase your services again when it is time to renew next year. Thank you so much.”

“I have been working with your dept for a few days and the techs caused many more problems. they even had to reset my computer. the final tech fixed all my problems. IT took 7-8 hours it is 1:31 AM he was so patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional and calm as he went through the steps. Everything looks good from here.. but the night before when someone worked on my computers for the same amount of time then turned it on first thing and it was slow and i noticed other things. I have spent 21 hours with techs. I would get one after another, that's no way to run a business :( Thanks!”

“Sunita, was most excellent. She was very articulate and engaging and clearly knew exactly what to do. In a world where somehow that is the exception instead of the rule I appreciate her time and patience. It is always nice to talk to a smart and kind lady..or as us New Englanders say "wicked smaht" Take Care :)”
