“I couldn't describe how dedicated and friendly the people in MyPhoneSupport were. I had a problem with my tablet pc and they were very patient with me considering that I have minimum knowledge with techie stuff. I would like to commend Nishand who helped me talk with the customer support of Sam***ng. I had problems talking with people with Samsung because they charged me for the support and just passed me around from one agent to another. I was surprised at how Nishand handled the situation. He represented me with the issues with Sams**g. I was on the phone with him for 2 hours with Sam**ng for my refund. Then when it was hopeless talking with Sams**ng, Nishand then told me what to do for my refund. Unfortunately, the problem with my tablet was a hardware one and since I decided to not continue my membership, they refunded me full! Definately worth your time and money.”

“Amritpal singh cleaned out my computer and got rid of a very bad Photo Editing program which I installed unaware that it was a hi-jack program. The photo editing program changed the way Google searched, and did a number of other very bad things to my computer. I just got off the phone with My Phone Support, so I haven't had time to work with my computer and see if I like the changes Amritpal made. If they don't hear from me in seven days, that means I am pleased as punch!”

“Sunita, went over and beyond to assist my situation. I have virtual class and need my office word to complete my assignment. Wow, I need to transfer my office 365 product to anther laptop, and I had no receipt, no purchase key, not even the log on ID. Sunita, executed every avenue to address my concern of needs to locate my product purchase. While display value in customer service in an efficient manner. Thank you, for employing her! #MicroSatisfied”

“Thank you very much to Sandeep Bijalwan. My printer would not produce copies from the laptop or just plain printing. Sandeep worked with me for several hours,I believe, trying to get copies by changing the cartridges and confirming the password and even calling HP. I came to the conclusion that I would bring the printer to a local repair person, Sandeep's suggestion, to look at the problem and also look at a new printer. I am very grateful for Sandeep's patience with me in explaining and re-explaining matters. I am very grateful to have this tech support program. Sincerely, Judy Halm”
