“Mayank was very supportive, respectful and patient. His speech was understandable. He speeded up my computer. Supervisor Ravinder was also very understanding, and respectful, showing no impatience with my internet illiteracy.”

“mayank while no one claimed to be with MicroSoft, it was strongly implied they were. I feel I was pressured into buying something that I really didn't need but it's too late now. I also believe the popup that caused me to try to reach MicroSoft was initiated by My Phone Support and that their ads that come up when you google MicroSoft support lead you to believe you're contacting MS. They are supposed to call me back in about a week to see if I've reconsidered buying a warranty thru them. Can't wait to talk to them again.”

“He took his time and was very patient. I was amazed at the number of issues he resolved for me. I was especially impressed with how he was able to change my computer's reboot speed from 9 minutes to about 9 seconds. Very impressed. This gentleman knows his craft quite well and he should be an asset to your company John Robinson”

“Kieran was excellent on getting me back on track to resolving my problem. I never encountered a technician who was better at sticking with the issue to solve it. Because the whole process took a few hours she had a dogged determination to get the problem accomplished. I hope when raises or promotions come up that she is seriously considered. She is most obviously a company woman with company loyalty.”
