“Our repair assistant, Satyam Jaiswal was very professional and very patient in dealing with our problem. We had a problem accessing our Norton Security System, which we thought we had installed. Satyam pursued many paths to finally resolve our problem. We thank him for his patience, and espertise. We survived Huricane Irma, power off for many days, here in Florida, and, then to find out that our Norton Security System was not installed properly. Thank you, Satyam for your hard work.”
