“The representative was able to resolve all of my issues with My Backup Drive so I did not need to purchase additional storage space. He also explained which files I needed to backup and why. He was friendly, patient, and efficient. I could not be happier with the support you provide. Thank you!”

“The technical support person did an outstanding job of not only solving my email access problem, but did a great job in a total cleanup of all the items in the computer that were not supposed to be there, and which were contaminating my computer and degrading service.”

“Atul was VERY HELPFUL on a difficult problem. Appears a system file was corrupt. After trying several solutions to prevent a fully reinstall, we had to do the install of Windows 10 Pro and Office 365. It took forever but he was with me all the way. After the reinstall, Atul repeated all of the failed test to be sure they worked okay and they did. Thank you !”
