“I was panicking because I got suckered into a scam! My Phone Support walked me through every every step to ensure that my computer was secure. Amit and Satyam were extremely helpful and easy to work with.”

“I would have given them 0 but it wasn't an option! Worked on my computer 3 different times for 2 to 3 hours each and did nothing but make the problem worse!”

“Mr. Sumran Zaidi was the technician that helped me today. He accomplished everything I asked him to do which was general maintenance of my PC. Again, he did an excellent jon and I was very happy with his work. He worked efficiently and my PC is operating at full capacity. “THE TECH I WORKED WAS OUTSTANDING IN UNDERSTANDING ME AND HELPING ME SHE SOLVED EVERY PROBLEM I DO NOT THINK MY COMPUTER HAS EVER WORKED BETTER OR FASTER NOT TO SHOW DISRESPECT TO YOUR OTHER TECHS (THEY ARE VERY GOOD) BUT HE WAS OUTSTANDING, HE KEPT WORKING WITH ME UNTIL HE FIGURED OUT MY PROBLEM SIGNED WES DOTSON”

“Problem with my computer has been corrected. I've had to use your service on several occasions and have always been pleased with my end results. Thank you for the great service but I do get nervous when my computer is being virtually controlled by others.....overall though, your company has always corrected all issues that I have since experienced with my computer. I can't complain, thank you!”
