“I am very pleased with the support I received from Vijay Singh Kawat today 10/4/16. He was extremely courteous and pleasant to talk with and very understanding of my shortcomings and knowledge of computer usage. He fixed my problem as far as I can tell with brief check of programs after he completed the work. Thanks Vijay and Support.”

“Myphonesupport is Scam - Avoid - Misrepresented themselves as Microsoft I Googled Microsoft support and their phone number came up. I called and and gave the dude access to my computer. He started saying how slow my computer was and suggested to run a diagnostic which took an hour and half. Then he started telling me about the benefits of signing up for a technical support and said he would need me to pay $200 for him to finish up the process. Knowing I'd waited for 2 hours on the phone, he thought I would fall for it, but I quickly realized it was a scam and said I wouldn't be paying for it. I asked him a couple of times what the company was, and he said they were partners with Microsoft. That was an absolute lie.”

“I had many problems with my old PC which has an operating system that is obsolete. I called Microsoft for one issue and they had My Phone Support help me. Due to a misunderstanding between me and a technician, it turned into a nightmare of a job but then the first person I spoke with, Asif Ali, called and did an incredible job to make my computer work better and faster than it has in years. I am an older woman with limited computer skills and he explained everything with patience, kindness and care. I can never thank him him enough for his skill but more than that, his good heart.”
