“I’m disappointed with this order. I still haven’t get my Lego because they sent me Tefal instead. It’s been a week since I report this and I still haven’t get any answers or My Lego. They said they‘re looking in to their system but for me that’s not good enough. It’s not my fault they’re sent me wrong stuff but they can send me my Lego while their investigate their problems. Thats Lego for a present, if I didn’t get in time what should I do? This is NOT GOOD”

“Ich habe zwei Jacken bestellt und musste eine retournieren, da diese nicht passte. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt nur als Guthaben, welches dann ein Jahr gültig ist. Meiner Ansicht nach a) nicht kundenfreundlich, dass keine Rückerstattung des Guthabens erfolgt und b) rechtlich nicht zulässig, das Guthaben nach einem Jahr verfallen zu lassen. Ich werde mein Guthaben noch aufbrauchen und anschliessend nicht mehr bei Mystore bestellen.”
