“Premièrement, je reçois un produit que je n'ai pas commandé...j'envoie des photo du dit produit comme demandé par email par le service client. Ce même service me redemande de nouveau des photo, puis plus de nouvelle. Bien entendu, il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour joindre le service client : tout ce passe par email. J'ai encore une autre commande faite sur Mystore qui est en retard... Ça fait plus de 5 ans que je commandé, et ça risque d'être la dernière.”
