“Au niveau commande, il n'y a rien Ă  redire. Tout bien. Par contre j'ai signalĂ© que j'avais fait la commande Ă  mon ancienne adresse que j'ai modifiĂ© suite Ă  la confirmation de commande et je n'ai pas reçu de rĂ©ponse. J'ai du appeler et lĂ , on m'a dit d'appeler le transporteur DPD car ce n'Ă©tait pas possible de faire le changement. Ce malgrĂ© mon mail le jour de la commande. Heureusement que l'employĂ© de DPD Ă  pu faire quelque chose pour que je reçoive mon colis Ă  mon adresse actuelle... Votre service client Ă©tait bien plus rĂ©actif il y a quelques annĂ©es...”
