“J'ai commandé mon article sur ce site car les délais de livraison annoncés étaient plus rapide que chez la concurrence. Or les délais de livraison étaient finalement le double de ce qui était annoncé, bien plus long que ce qu'annonçait la concurrence et sans suivi du colis. Donc c'était ma dernière commande !”
