“Erreur de commande - mauvaise série - ils m'on envoyé du Slim Fit alors que kj'ai commandé du Regular. Erreur de stock non reflétee sur le site web de commande. Pas de ligne téléphonique pour service après vente à qui parler pour expliquer le problème. Maintenant if faut tout faire par email ... et c'est une administration compliquée par email et aucune réponse satisfaisante à mes questions Plus d'étiquette pour retour des achats chez Mystore. Comment faire ? pas expliqué non plus. My store n'est plus le My store d'il y a quelques années. Il ya clairement un focus sur la partie alémanique et je pense ne plus commander car plus confiance du tout. C'est triste mais voilé ce qui se passe quand on veut trop économiser sur le service au détriment de la clientèle.”
