“Commandé une paire de chaussure Crocs qui était trop petite donc renvoyé pour une nouvelle commande de la même paire en plus grand. Résultat: j'ai payé 3 x les frais de livraison qui ne m'ont pas été remboursés et je n'ai vu nul part dans les conditions de ventes que la livraison et les retours sont entièrement à charge du client, même après avoir contacté le service client. La paire de crocs m'a coûté plus cher que le prix de base non soldé par mystore.... Je ne commanderai plus”
