“Très mécontent. Une des deux poêles est endommagée. La pellicule de téflon est décollée. Cela me fait penser que les produits sur les sites internet sont de moins bonne qualité. En tout cas le service de contrôle de qualité de Tefal ne peut pas laisser passer cela. Maintenant je dois perdre mon temps pour faire un renvoi par la poste. Je ne rachèterai plus de produit Tefal.”
