In order to make these attractive discounts possible, delivery costs are not included in the product price but are shown separately. “J’ai annulé la commande que j’avais passée dès le lendemain, lundi. J’ai envoyé un e-mail et appelé le service client. Ils m’ont confirmé qu’il était possible d’annuler la commande et d’être remboursée. Une semaine plus tard, j’ai reçu une réponse par e-mail indiquant qu’il était impossible d’annuler car le produit était en cours d’expédition, ce qui est faux. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.”
