“früher konnte ich per Rechnung bezahlen. Wenn mir die Ware nicht gefallen hat, habe ich sie zurückgeschickt und musste nichts bezahlen. Jetzt muss ich bei jeder Bestellung zuerst bezahlen. Der Versand dauert sehr lange, und bei einer Rücksendung bekomme ich die Bestätigung erst nach etwa einem Monat. Die Rückerstattung des Geldes dauert dann nochmals über einen Monat. Ich finde diesen Ablauf nicht gut und bitte um eine Verbesserung.”
