“Il y a eu un problème car le produit recu n’était pas celui que j’ai commandé. Il a fallu 6-7 mails, 5 téléphones et plus d’une semaine pour retourner un produit !!!! Ce n’est pas normal. À ce jour, je n’ai pas été remboursé !!!!! Comment ce fait-il que se soit si compliqué???”
