“Deludente, ho ordinato la cassaforte perché l’avevo bisogno urgentemente. Una volta arrivata ho constatato che non si apriva a seguito di una stoffa grigia incastrata nella porta. La stoffa probabilmente è il tappetino che dovrebbero essere all’interno. Ho reclamato e chiesto di fare il reso. Sto ancora aspettando una presa di posizione.”

“Les tailles indiquées ne sont pas précisées si ceux sont des tailles "europe" ou US. Vu les mentions (ex : 32/30) j’ai commandé en taille US... et pas de chance ceux sont des tailles "europe". Du coup, tout à été retourné car trop petit.”

“Produit défectueux (cassé et carton amoché) mais dans un carton de transport en très bon état. Ce qui veux dire que les dégâts ont été faits avant l'expédition. De plus, je n'ai toujours pas de réponse pour savoir comment faire le retour du produit et obtenir le remboursement ! A bon entendeur.”
