“I have made numerous purchases from My 1st Years and the variety and quality of products is beyond superb. My only concern is that the past 2 orders, the gift box arrived damaged/broken. In addition I had purchased a gift bag and it was folded within the box hence had a deep crease in it. I did not communicate with My 1sy Years at the time as there was insufficient time to receive replacements. I suggest looking into the quality of the shipping box and method of packaging gift bags.”

“I ordered a personalised backpack for my daughter and was really looking forward to it arriving. Unfortunately, when it did, the patterned fabric sat behind her name so heavily that it was very difficult to read the personalisation. I contacted customer service and was initially told there wasn’t anything they could do, which was disappointing. To their credit, they later agreed to send a replacement. However, the second backpack arrived with the same issue — and the name was even harder to read than on the original. I appreciate that they eventually tried to put things right, but the overall experience and final result were disappointing, especially for a personalised item that was meant to be special.”
